As the COVID-19 Global Pandemic continues, ESIG is managing our in-person events with the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees in mind. ESIG is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for our attendees.

We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions for our events regularly and coordinate with trusted national resources, state and local public health agencies, and the hotels/venues hosting our events.

Vaccine Requirement
ESIG leadership has decided that all participants at the in-person 2022 Fall Technical Workshop, whether a presenter, attendee, staff or guest must be fully up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines, including booster shots. You are considered up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines when you have received all doses in the primary series and all boosters recommended for you (click here for CDC guidelines), when eligible. However, any participant who has not received their booster shot can provide proof of a negative test (rapid or PCR) taken within 48 hours of the conference.

Attendees will be required to attest to their vaccination during the registration process and upload an image of their vaccine card during the online registration process.

Face Masks
While a formal mask mandate may not be in place at the time of the event, face coverings are recommended for all event participants regardless of their vaccination status.

Hand Sanitizer Stations
We will have hand washing facilities and/or sanitizing systems easily accessible to everyone throughout the event.

Spacing Measures
Social distancing practices will be implemented according to all venue, local and state guidelines.

No Contact Policy
To assist in minimizing potential physical contact, elbow bumps are a great alternative to handshakes.
