SUMMARY:Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Working Group Fall 2021 Session
DESCRIPTION:The DER Working Group will hold an online session on Thursday\, November 18\, 3:00 – 5:00 pm (eastern US). Join us to hear and discuss the findings and recommendations from the ESIG DER Working Group Task Force\, An Open Networks project for the U.S.: Facilitating reliable\, efficient integration of DERs into the electric power system. The effort aims to develop best practices recommendations for integration of DERs into the bulk power system; lessons learned from the UK and Australian Open Networks efforts; and the development of a vision for a multi-year US open networks effort to address DER integration. The effort drew from a variety of US and international experts from all aspects of the electricity system.
