- Complete the attached SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PACKAGE (Download Scholarship Application)
- Compose a short essay explaining why you are pursuing a career related to renewable energy or energy systems integration as well as why you are applying for this scholarship. The essay should also include a discussion of your participation in any extracurricular activities while in school, relevant work experience as well as future educational and career plans. The essay should be approximately 500 words and no longer than 1000 words.
Please note that the engineering scholarships will be targeted towards students enrolled in undergraduate programs. It is expected that recipients will maintain their academic major during the term covered by the scholarship. You should be prepared to provide, upon request, a transcript to verify grade point average. Incomplete applications, as well as those submitted without an essay, will not be accepted. Applicants selected to receive scholarships will have the scholarship checks sent directly to their school’s financial aid or bursars/cashiers office at their school. Due to IRS restrictions, no direct payments can be made to students.
