Karin Matchett supports ESIG’s task force leads and staff in developing clear, compelling reports, fact sheets, and other publications; coordinates graphic design process; and oversees a small team of editorial professionals. She has collaborated with scientists and engineers for 20 years, helping them to translate their expertise and tailor it for the audiences who will use and act on it. She has worked with organizations including several research universities, the National Academy of Sciences, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Union of Concerned Scientists, and the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. She holds a PhD in the history of science from the University of Minnesota.
