Devonie leads strategic communications, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for ESIG while helping strengthen organizational systems and project coordination. She brings more than 15 years of experience translating complex energy research and analysis for policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders. Prior to joining ESIG, Devonie led the Science and Technology Communications group at the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR, formerly NREL), where she managed teams building award-winning science communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns. She holds a B.A. in Radio, TV, and Film from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Innovation from the University of Colorado Boulder.
