**A number of complimentary student registrations and travel stipends, courtesy of ESIG Sustaining Member Polaris System Optimizations, are available on a first come, first served basis. For more information, reach out to brooke@esig.energy.
The host hotel for the workshop will be the Hyatt Regency Austin.
Please Note: On-site parking is available at the hotel, but it is quite expensive. We recommend utilizing public transit and/or ride share rather than renting a car if at all possible. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to many nearby restaurants, music venues and other cultural locations.

The special ESIG room rate is $251 per night and the deadline to make your reservation is February 21, 2025.
**We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible, as we expect our room block to fill fast. If you are considering attending, we strongly encourage you to make your reservation. You can always cancel your reservation with the hotel up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty.**
