Please Note: the Tutorial on Monday morning and the events on Thursday are not included in the Technical Workshop and require separate registration.
Early-bird Rates are available to members of ESIG until August 29, 2025.
Student Attendance/Registration
Students are invited to attend the Fall Technical Workshop at no cost. We have a limited number of complimentary registrations available for current students. Additionally, a travel stipend is now available for students thanks to ESIG’s Sustaining Member, Polaris System Optimizations. If interested please email Brooke Brown at brooke@esig.energy to inquire about this opportunity.
The host hotel for the workshop is the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.
The special ESIG room rate is $259 per night and the deadline to make your reservation is October 5, 2025.
