The Energy Systems Integration Group will conduct an annual meeting of the membership, to be held at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ. The meeting will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
The agenda for the meeting is posted with this notice. The agenda includes a vote to elect six Directors to the Board. The ballot is posted with this notice and votes may be submitted via email to info@esig.energy prior to the Annual Meeting or by paper ballot at the Annual Meeting. Regular Members in good standing as of the date of this notice are eligible to vote, noting that each organization that is a Regular Member shall have one vote.
The Nominating Committee of the Board has proposed six nominees to fill the open seats on the Board. Five or more members acting together may make additional nominations by petition not less than twenty days prior to the meeting, and if so received, these additional nominations will also be posted to the website and added to the ballot.
In keeping with the bylaws of the organization, the meeting will also provide the membership with the annual reports of the organization including a financial report.
