The Utility Variable-Generation Integration Group will conduct an annual meeting of the membership, to be held at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ. The meeting will take place from 12:00 to 12:45 PM on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
The purpose of this meeting will be to provide to the membership the annual reports of the President of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, and a report on the finances of the corporation by the Treasurer. In addition, an election of members of the Board of Directors shall be conducted, along with any old or new business that needs to be transacted.
An agenda for the meeting will be provided to the membership prior to the meeting.
