The Energy Systems Integration Group will conduct an annual meeting of the membership, to be held online via Zoom. The meeting will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021.
The agenda for the meeting is posted with this notice. The agenda includes a vote to elect four Directors to the Board. We ask that you go ahead and submit your completed ballot by filling in the online form linked here.
The Nominating Committee of the Board has proposed four nominees to fill the open seats on the Board. Five or more members acting together may make additional nominations by petition not less than twenty days prior to the meeting, and if so received, these additional nominations will also be posted to the website and added to the ballot.
In keeping with the bylaws of the organization, the meeting will also provide the membership with the annual reports of the organization including a financial report.
Please note: we will accept completed ballots from now until 10:00 a.m. (eastern US) on March 29. Regular Members in good standing are eligible to vote, noting that each organization that is a Regular Member shall have one vote.
